Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, then this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by providing internal assistance and contributing to a seamless customer experience
- Process orders and quotes accurately and timely, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to address trade-related inquiries and provide resolution
- Communicate progress and resolution of issues to customers in a clear and concise manner
