Exceptional Customer Service Representative Needed

**Furniture Repair Technician**
Nick Scali Furniture is seeking an experienced furniture repair technician to join their customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent technical skills in repairing and assembling furniture.
This is a full-time permanent position working 7:00am - 3:00pm daily with occasional Saturday work to meet customer availability. A company vehicle is provided for the role, which requires returning at the end of each day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customer's homes to inspect and repair furniture, ensuring repairs meet quality standards, providing exceptional customer service, and reporting outcomes of service calls.
To achieve success in this role, you will need:
- A background in furniture and upholstery repair, experience in fixing recliners, re-stitching, and frame reinforcement is an advantage
- A valid driver's license
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- To be a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail that is able to work with minimal supervision
