Project Manager RoleJob Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

You will liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification and white card.
  • Significant experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in construction or insurance industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Prime or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Diploma of Building & Construction or related discipline.
