**Role Responsibilities**

  • Discover and identify customer needs: As a product manager, it's crucial to identify and understand customer needs and transform them into product requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation plans match expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical trends and assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of industry developments.
  • Provide product training to internal teams.
  • Assess and address technical risks to ensure smooth product implementation.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in C#,.NET, Azure, SQL server, and development background.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in leadership to effectively connect with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Expertise in Agile Scrum Development.
  • Proficient in understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development planning, including managing timelines, developing roadmaps, and executing product launches.
