The Role

You will report to the Site Services Supervisor and join our Facilities team as a gardener, delivering high-quality services to our mining operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain outdoor spaces by performing gardening and landscaping duties
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems in village and housing areas
  • Remove and dispose of green waste and apply weed/pest control measures
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections and implement improvements to gardens and grounds
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Work safely and cooperatively within a team environment
  • Support emergency response activities

About You

You will hold relevant horticulture/gardening qualifications and experience in a similar role, preferably in remote or mining environments. You must be reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in physically demanding conditions.
