This role involves collaborating with a global engineering community to leverage AI-assisted tools and capabilities in building business banking functionality.

As an established Staff Software Engineer within Business Banking Gen AI team, you will focus on developing features that are data-driven and customer-centric, promoting a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the team to tackle complex technical challenges, translating requirements into effective engineering solutions, exploring emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and cloud services, and contributing to architectural discussions.

You will also be responsible for actively participating in code reviews, maintaining high-quality code bases, and assisting in documentation for knowledge sharing. Additionally, you will work on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies, and coaching and mentoring junior members in the team.

We are interested in hearing from individuals with extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions, as well as working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications and how they can enhance software engineering processes.
