Data Driven Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Business Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in revolutionizing how customer and marketing data drive business outcomes across our businesses.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive meaningful business outcomes and enhance customer experiences. You will lead the strategic design and phased buildout of our unified data platform (UDP) for Marketing in Google BigQuery to support customer engagement, digital acquisition, advanced analytics, and performance reporting use cases.
Main Responsibilities
- Unify data strategy across teams
Lead the development of a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize data initiatives and allocate resources effectively
Ensure seamless integration of multiple data sources into BigQuery
Enable scalable personalization and reporting capabilities
Embed financial regulatory requirements and ethical handling of client data into all development workflows
Champion robust data documentation and quality standards to support long-term platform sustainability
Build relationships across the business to understand evolving data needs and establish platform adoption strategies
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience in data strategy, marketing analytics, or Martech enablement
Solid proficiency in SQL and experience working in Google BigQuery (or similar cloud data warehouses)
Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (or similar marketing automation platforms)
Understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle engagement
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exposure to machine learning models for segmentation or propensity scoring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data/Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
