As a Member Support Consultant at our Fortitude Valley club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role is highly varied and has two clear goals - achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, providing seamless sales and lead generation, delivering exceptional service and achieving successful customer outcomes on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About The Role:

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and uncapped commission), plus super.
