This role involves providing comprehensive financial and administrative support services.
Key responsibilities include preparing, verifying and delivering vouchers for financial transactions in accordance with financial regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and reports.
- Liaise with employees, external organizations, vendors and other stakeholders regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee allowance claims.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop debt management strategies and implement recommended actions.
- Maintain computerized accounting systems for the input of financial data.
- Manage cash received including receipting and reconciliation.
- Lead, train and develop subordinate staff.
Applications will be retained on file for a period of 12 months.
Requirements- Proven experience in financial administration and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organizational skills.
