Job Overview:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, expense claim management, and statutory lodgement management.
  • Enter and manage accounts payable and receivable for global operations.
  • Enter and manage payroll for global operations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform banking administration tasks.
  • Process expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely lodgement of statutory filings.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration is essential.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines are crucial.
  • Familiarity with Xero software is highly valued.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively is vital.
  • The capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes is key.
