Governance Expert

The Senior Analyst, Governance Reporting & Analytics will manage governance activities, coordinate risk papers, track action items, maintain decision registers, and ensure attendance records are up to date.
Key Responsibilities- Manage governance for all Divisional Risk Committees: set agendas, forward planning, take minutes, coordinate papers, track action items, maintain decision registers, and keep attendance records up to date.
- Support the data analytics team to track and report on risk measures and metrics.
- Collaborate with Operational and Divisional Risk teams and engage with Executives and Management.
- Deliver key risk indicators, support the development of risk frameworks, and utilize tools like GRC and Power BI to drive risk reporting and analytics.
A detail-oriented professional with working knowledge of operational risk management frameworks and governance practices is required. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with Power BI is preferred or willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently, and manage conflicting deadlines.
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels and uphold high standards of compliance and conduct.
