Operational Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a permanent full-time Grade 1 or 2 Operational Pharmacist to provide clinical service across Peninsula Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical educators to deliver safe, personal, effective, and connected care to patients.
- Provide a range of clinical and operational services in acute, sub-acute, mental health, and community health services.
- Have the opportunity to work on rotational pharmacist programs.
- Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
- Adequate level of clinical knowledge of current drug usage, interactions, and counselling.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Recent hospital pharmacy experience is desirable.
