Job Description

This role leads the strategic, operational, and clinical delivery of In-Home Nursing Services to clients of all ages across Victoria. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that promote growth and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sustainable business model, including managing budgets and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, who in turn have nurses reporting to them.
  • Ensure operations comply with budgets, operational targets, and annual objectives.
  • Oversee systems for clinical escalation, risk identification, incident management, compliance with clinical policies, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead implementation and monitoring of quality care and clinical practice frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and well-developed methods for guiding and developing others.
  • Experience working with government funding and legislation (e.g., Aged Care Quality Standards).
  • Business experience, including risk management, budgets, P&L, KPIs, and strategy implementation.
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills for building strong relationships and growth opportunities with stakeholders.
