At Peninsula Health, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our professional team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of the MePACS customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of alarm systems in clients' homes and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will work closely with external contractors to arrange installations, manage client information on the MePACS Operating System, and maintain strong relationships with assessment agencies and healthcare networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients and their families to schedule alarm system installations
  • Enter data into the MePACS Operating System to create client information records
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assessment agencies and other healthcare networks
  • Allocate installations to contracted installers and follow up to ensure successful completion
  • Manage the DHHS waiting list and coordinate service delivery with the sales team, emergency response team, and technical team
Essential Criteria:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a team
  • Strong customer service background and excellent written communication skills
  • Able to problem solve and work in a paperless environment
