Supporting Independent Living

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Support Professional to provide care for clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support or equivalent qualification and at least one year of experience in community care, particularly in dementia care.
The successful applicant will assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as well as meal preparation. They will also provide companionship and emotional support, drive clients to appointments and social activities, and monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing.
The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently. Our company prioritizes helping clients live empowered and independently at home, and our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting

- Minimum 1 year experience in community care, preferably in dementia care

- First aid and CPR certification
- NDIS screen check and Working with Children check
- Valid driver's license and own car with comprehensive car insurance
