About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a support worker. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live independently, promote participant choice and control, and achieve their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living supports
  • Providing transportation and community access
  • Manual handling
  • Maintaining accurate reporting, including digital timesheets and progress notes
  • Providing honest and transparent communication and feedback
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • NDIS Screening Check
  • Valid Driver's License & Own Car with registration

You should also possess:

  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Orientation Module
  • Covid-19 Infection Control Training
