This role involves supporting families who have concerns about their child's development by utilizing knowledge of 0-9 years developmental milestones. You will complete observations and use information from screening tools and/or assessments to understand the impact of the delay or disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with families to identify their goals and priorities for their child.
  • Support the family in implementing their child's NDIS plan and finding service providers that meet the needs of the child and family.
The Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Allied Health or other relevant professional field.
  • Understanding the importance of implementing a tailored and personalised approach to children and their families in delivering early childhood services.
  • Moderate report writing and IT skills, including database management.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Experience providing support to families using a family-focused and strengths-based approach.
