About the Role

This position involves delivering engineering solutions on time and to quality standards.

Key aspects of this role include defining system requirements, contributing to design and test planning, designing, optimising and analysing RF/E3 system solutions, translating designs into manufacturable products considering cost and production requirements, managing integration, testing and qualification of complex RF systems, and using simulation tools to develop and validate high-quality solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in RF/E3 engineering within the maritime/defence sector is required.
  • Experience in developing RF/E3 equipment designs and design analyses is essential.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain is also necessary.
  • Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations is also required.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation are crucial.
  • Mid-senior level experience in engineering is also required.
