Construction Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Professional to join our team. As a Construction Professional, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, foundations, patios, arches, and other structures using bricks, pre-cut stone, concrete blocks, and other building materials.

The ideal candidate will have recent full-time experience in this line of work and demonstrated experience as a Bricklayer. They should also be able to read and interpret construction plans and have knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laying bricks, pre-cut stone, concrete blocks, and other types of building blocks in mortar to construct and repair walls, foundations, patios, arches, and other structures
  • Reading and interpreting architectural plans to determine the layout of the structure being built
  • Measuring and cutting materials to ensure they fit properly and meet project specifications
  • Using various hand and power tools to cut, align, and set bricks and blocks in place
  • Maintaining high-quality results and adhering to safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bricklayer
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients
