Client Services Librarian

CQUniversity is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Librarian to join our Student and Academic Engagement team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Library staff and Digital Services to provide high-quality, user-centred services to our diverse community of library clients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate within a service management framework to provide a high standard of client service, responding to and resolving complex client requests via digital service channels.
- Assist clients with finding and using information resources.
- Provide advice and support to academic and teaching staff on using library resources in teaching and assisting with the processing of eReading lists.
- Provide advice to researchers and research teams relating to scholarly publishing, research impact, and data management.
- 6 weeks annual leave.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts, convey information in a non-technical manner, and consult with a diverse range of internal and external clients.
