Job Opportunity: Coal Operations Trainer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team in the coal operations department. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our maintenance staff members.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in open cut coal operations and possess relevant qualifications and certifications. You will be responsible for implementing site-specific training strategies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to maintenance staff members
- Implement site-specific training strategies and initiatives
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- RII competencies for high-risk work and open cut machinery
- Standard 11 and CBM certification
- A QLD Driver's Licence
