Our team seeks an experienced Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessments for our workforce at an underground coal mine in Queensland, Australia.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs ensuring alignment with internal policies and external compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide infield coaching to maintain strong training standards across the site.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to contribute to the overall training and assessment strategy, driving operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in underground coal mining, including a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Practical skills in operating machinery, such as Driftrunner, LHD, and Bolter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage training schedules, resources, and logistics.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in changing environments.
