Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality services to our network of employers and insurers.
You will have the support of a multidisciplinary team, who share our focus on providing a genuine, supportive, and nurturing environment that allows each individual to thrive and achieve their greatest results.
- We value our relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, doctors, health professionals, and employers, to drive positive return-to-work outcomes.
You will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for high-quality service delivery through discipline-specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives, and case management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry or a strong desire to develop this.
- A strong client focus and ability to build relationships with a range of people.
- Possession of skills as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC/RCAA registration.
