Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist. This position plays a vital part in our multidisciplinary team, where you will work closely with individuals to help them regain their independence and achieve their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting occupational therapy assessments, developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans, designing and implementing intervention programs, and identifying barriers to maximal work participation.

  • Conducting occupational therapy assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment evaluations
  • Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans
  • Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identifying barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service
