Strategic Senior Infrastructure Leader

This role oversees the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies, focusing on technical leadership and expertise in various domains.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance across multiple infrastructure domains, translate functional requirements into solutions, and deliver CAPEX and OPEX initiatives.
- Driving innovation and improvement initiatives in infrastructure design and architecture
- Mentoring engineers and supporting platform owners to ensure successful delivery
- Contributing to platform roadmaps and ensuring smooth service transitions
We seek a proactive and innovative individual with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with core technologies, particularly the VMware stack, VRA, and VRO specifications.
They should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, and business continuity practices, as well as a commitment to safety and compliance.
