Strata Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strata Property Manager to manage a portfolio of strata properties. Key responsibilities include financial management, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of strata properties, including financial management, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks
- Conduct regular property inspections and attend strata committee meetings to address issues and concerns
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and financial statements to property owners and committee members
- Act as the primary point of contact for property owners and residents, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing exceptional customer service
- Liaise with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades as required
- Stay abreast of changes in strata legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to strata properties and clients
- Previous experience in strata management or commercial property management preferred
- Strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strata management software
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
