About the RoleWe're seeking to hire a part-time Disability Support Worker on the Northern Beaches area. The successful applicant will provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
Essential Requirements:- A valid Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
- Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
- The ability to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
