**Company description**

All Home Caring is an integrated agency, a registered NDIS and Home Care Packages (HCP) service provider in New South Wales that aims to improve the life of people and families who live with a disability or deal with elderly care.

We employ a multicultural and diverse workforce.
- Engaging person-centred active support in domestic assistance and social activities for clients
- Working time**:Friday 7am -6:30pm 11.5hrs**:

- Develop and implement engaging programs and assist the client with access to the community
- Utilise your personal experience to provide emotional support, inspire, listen ear and connect to help disabilities and elderly people navigate challenges.
- Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Adapt service delivery and support as appropriate to meet participant needs and goals while following the support plan in place while following the support plan in place
- Promote and assist Clients to live an active, healthy and positive lifestyle
- Follow all organisational policies, regulations and procedures
- Any other reasonable duties as required

**Essential Requirements**
- Previous experience working as support worker or similar is preferred.
- Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Good communication skills in English
- High level of time management and organizational ability
- Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.46 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 11.5 per week
