Job Description">

As a Carer, you will be working in a care home providing personal care assistance with daily living, assisting with the delivery and administration of medication, mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans, maintaining accurate health care documentation, encouraging residents to participate in social activities, building relationships with residents and their families, and adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

We are seeking individuals who possess a Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability, have a passion and energy for world-class care, can work effectively as part of a tight-knit team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
