About The Role

Disability Support Worker role at Advantage Healthcare Support. We're looking for passionate and reliable Community/Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team on a part-time basis in the Northern Beaches area. Essential Requirements
  • Must be driving (full Australian driver's licence).
  • Own vehicle.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
  • Must be flexible with hours.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
  • Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
  • Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
  • Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
  • Support clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities.
  • Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
  • Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
  • Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
