Heavy Diesel Mechanic Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Cummins Inc. in Toowoomba, QLD. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy vehicle repairs and maintenance across various product applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers across automotive, mining, and power generation sectors.
  • Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products in-shop and in-field.
  • Diagnose and repair various engines, including engine overhauls and major repairs.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets and quality documents.

Requirements

  • Mechanical trade qualification in Heavy or Light Vehicle, 4th year.
  • Previous experience in the local area is highly advantageous.
  • Service and maintenance experience in heavy diesel products, mining equipment, and power generation on engines.
  • Solid diagnostic capabilities.
