Wine enthusiasts with a passion for French Vietnamese flavours and modern Indian classics are invited to join our beverage team. Our award-winning wine list is carefully curated to complement our culinary offerings, with a focus on local and international wines, beers, aperitifs and spirits.

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to contribute to and grow our wine selection. Our team offers in-house training and tastings, as well as WSET training opportunities. We offer an attractive salary package, generous weekly tips and part-time or full-time positions.

  • A keen desire to develop your wine palate
  • The ability to work across a diverse range of roles
  • Strong section waiter skills
  • Stocktaking and stock control experience would be advantageous
