**Job Summary**
The Freight and Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing international and domestic freight, as well as assisting the Inventory and Logistics team with operational tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of international and domestic freight, ensuring compliance with corporate and operational requirements.
- Manage freight with Export/Import Control requirements and Security Classified requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Inventory & Logistics management processes and tools.
- Process goods-in in accordance with company processes, including receipt inspection and coordination of dispatch and export logistics.
- Coordinate WHS&E Control - Compliance, Audits, Writing Work Instructions, Training.
- Assist projects and corporate with HW storage and delivery activities.
- Support technical teams in the packaging, handling, storage, and transport of equipment.
About You
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:
- 5+ years' experience in transport and logistics.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment as part of a team.
- Australian citizenship and ability to attain NV1 clearance.
- Evidence of adherence to Safe Work Practices.
- Experience in a certified ISO 9001 organisation.
