The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our Global Forwarding team in Kilburn SA. As the daily interface between Toll Global Forwarding and our customers, you'll ensure seamless and professional freight forwarding services. You'll work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to assist with quotes, major tenders, and customer visits.

This role offers growth and development opportunities for someone who is motivated and able to add value and boost performance. You'll be responsible for handling major customer accounts, liaising with clients and internal departments, and processing shipments to meet Toll, legislative, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle major customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to meet expectations and update job information
  • Process shipments accurately and efficiently to meet Toll, legislative, and client requirements
  • Monitor and reconcile shipping line issues, including transhipment, detention, and demurrage liabilities
  • Coordinate and assist in creating client implementation plans, including SOPs and CRM management
  • Promote excellence through efficiency, safety, and compliance

About You:

  • Experience in freight forwarding with operations and/or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, markets, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented approach with a focus on meeting time requirements
  • Results-oriented and resilient, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes
