Job Title: SEO and Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on SEO strategy development and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SEO, a proven track record of driving traffic and revenue growth through strategic SEO initiatives, and a creative mindset to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • 3-5 years experience in SEO with a focus on in-house execution within an eCommerce/retail environment
  • Proficient across SEO strategy, hands-on execution, and in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search algorithms, industry trends, UX impacts, load speed, site architecture, redirects, linking, algorithm updates, canonicals, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content is SEO-friendly
  • Proficient across Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Majestic SEO, and other analytic tools to develop and recommend SEO strategies
  • Creative and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for complex SEO challenges
  • Proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, Google Data Studio
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, conversion rate optimization, and wider digital channels
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Capability to embrace AI technology and other MarTech solutions
