Marketing Strategy Manager

This is a unique opportunity to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients.

About the Role

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will oversee full-funnel digital marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, working closely with media buyers, creative specialists, and automation experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
  • Manage paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on performance metrics and ROI
  • Oversee the creation of high-converting landing pages, funnels, and campaign assets
  • Implement and optimize CRM automations, email nurture sequences, and lead journeys
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading strategy sessions, performance reviews, and campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform changes and digital marketing trends

Requirements

  • 1-4 years' experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media
  • Strong ability to manage both ads and broader funnel strategies (not just media buying)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, CPL, CAC, ROAS, attribution
  • Agency experience preferred, or proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations and set strategic direction
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, someone ready to step into more leadership roles
