About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team at AMA Collision Arundel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle repair journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Assist and support our wider team and managers with administration tasks and provide updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance providers, and other stakeholders
  • Support the management team with inventory management, including parts, paint, and consumables
  • Liaise with insurance providers to ensure seamless claims and repair processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on service excellence
  • Highly professional and personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
