Deliver infrastructure projects on a contract basis with our reputable partner in the Department of Transport & Main Roads. This opportunity offers attractive DIDO rosters, competitive pay, and benefits for civil site supervisors.

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of civil earthworks, road/pavement, drainage, and structural scope of works. Your role involves interpreting and executing contract plans, completing project guidelines in accordance with company policy, and liaising with clients and external subcontractors.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of Australian OH&S Standards and DTMR Specifications. You should also possess relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Civil Construction and a Construction White Card.

Some of your key responsibilities will include supervising allocated resources, controlling labour, and implementing strong Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures and policies. Be prepared to work in regional QLD and night shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of civil earthworks, road/pavement, drainage, and structural scope of works.

  • Liaise with clients and external subcontractors.
  • Supervise allocated resources and control labour.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Previous supervisor experience on road infrastructure projects (DTMR preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Australian OH&S Standards and DTMR Specifications.
