Project Coordinator - Civil Construction

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Coordinator to manage the daily activities of our civil construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing project materials, and ensuring timely completion of project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil supervision or leading hand roles within the rail and/or civil construction environment. They will also possess excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Additionally, they will have a current Class A Driver License (MR License preferred) and experience in concrete and foundation works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily civil construction activities and coordinate site activities according to project requirements
  • Complete project documentation in a timely manner
  • Ensure no delays to project works by managing project materials
  • Apply high-level organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with HSE teams to deliver site safety requirements
  • Provide regular progress reports on construction activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil supervision or leading hand roles within the rail and/or civil construction environment
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Current Class A Driver License (MR License preferred)
  • Experience in concrete and foundation works
  • Demonstrated competency in implementing Health & Safety initiatives
  • Good planning and organisational skills
