">Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead our land and urban development projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a range of challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and project management of significant land development projects, including civil works specifications, engineering reports, and tenders.
  • Manage the delivery of all design aspects of a project on time and to standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through regular interface and liaison.
  • Apply safety in design practices and processes to ensure the well-being of our team and clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to deliver repeat business.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers to help them grow professionally.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in Australia.
  • Working knowledge of 12D, DRAINS, and MUSIC software is essential.
  • Familiarity with flood modeling is desirable but not required.
  • Experience working on land development projects is highly valued.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.
