Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As part of our growth strategy, this key hire will be involved in a range of interesting and challenging projects, allowing you to choose which projects you want to work on and build your portfolio within land and urban development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented engineer to work on a variety of projects, apply their technical expertise to mentor junior engineers, and maintain client relationships to develop long-term, sustainable working relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and project management of significant Land Development projects, including responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports, and tenders.
  • Managing the delivery of all design aspects of a project on time and to standards.
  • Undertaking regular interface and liaisons with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes.
  • Maintain client relationships to develop long-term, sustainable working relationships.
  • Apply your technical expertise to help mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of design experience with at least 5 in Australia.
  • Working knowledge of 12D, DRAINS, and MUSIC essential.
  • Knowledge of flood modelling desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with land development projects.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
