About the Role:

The EPCr Solution Readiness Lead will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive readiness plan for the ePCR solution rollout, ensuring seamless adoption and effective training programs for frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for frontline staff on the ePCR solution.
  • Collaborate with the ePCR Technical Manager and team to ensure security, privacy, and integration requirements are met.
  • Oversee the development and testing of system integrations to validate functionality and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge management articles, and support materials for the ePCR solution.
  • Monitor and report on readiness progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the implementation.
  • Champion change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  • Represent the ePCR project at stakeholder meetings, forums, and working groups, providing expert advice and guidance.

The ePCR system will enhance accuracy and efficiency in emergency care delivery by streamlining paramedics' record-keeping. It will enable real-time data sharing between paramedics and hospital staff, facilitating smoother handovers and improved patient outcomes.
