Technical Content Lead

This is a key role within our project to ensure the successful deployment of our new Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR) system.

  • Develop and document comprehensive technical testing requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute the Test Plan, monitoring progress and addressing issues throughout the testing process.
  • Manage the production of Defect Lists, System Performance Reports and Test Summaries in consultation with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing technical testing requirements, creating detailed Test Plans and Test Scripts and managing the creation of Knowledge Management System articles and Operational Support Guides.

The ePCR system will streamline patient information recording for paramedics, improving accuracy and efficiency. This initiative will shape the future of ambulance services in South Australia.

As a Technical Content Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting the deployment of ePCR across the state, ensuring a seamless transition for frontline staff.
