Project Delivery Lead

The role of Project Delivery Lead is a critical leadership position that combines project oversight with commercial input. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure works, managing design development, stakeholder engagement, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects from pre-contracts through to handover
  • Oversee design development, procurement, subcontractor management, and cost reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with specifications and safety standards
  • Manage and mentor a team including engineers and supervisors
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early in the delivery process
About You:
  • 10+ years' experience in civil construction, including recent experience as Project Manager
  • Proven track record delivering water/utilities projects
  • Strong understanding of Sydney Water specs and delivery processes
  • Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractors
  • Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
