Senior Physician Training Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to participate in our esteemed senior physician training program within the Department of General Medicine.

  • The successful candidate will engage in comprehensive training and development, encompassing subspecialty areas such as General Medicine, Intensive Care, Cardiology, Infectious Diseases, Geriatrics, Respiratory, Haematology, Palliative Care, Endocrinology, Rheumatology.
  • Rotations through various health services including major metropolitan and regional hospitals will provide invaluable experience and exposure.

About You:

  • You must hold General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or be eligible for Provisional Registration via Competent Authority Pathway.
  • A completed Basic Physician Training program is required; those nearing completion in 2025 are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills are essential, along with extensive experience in mentoring junior medical staff.
