We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Leader to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a dedicated internal customer service and sales team
  • Develop and implement clear expectations and performance metrics to drive service excellence
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring timely and accurate responses across all channels
  • Analyze and address process bottlenecks to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development through regular training and feedback sessions

Requirements
