Sydney-based organisation is seeking a seasoned Expert Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month contract, with the potential to become permanent. The role involves overseeing entire recruitment processes from start to finish, sourcing top talent and shaping strategic recruitment plans to elevate the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles in accounting and professional services.
- Develop and enhance the Applicant Tracking System, setting up workflows and utilising built-in AI functionality.
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and improve candidate attraction strategies.
- Optimise and refine recruitment processes to meet business needs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within professional services.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Previous experience using an ATS, particularly Employment Hero.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
