Role Overview

This position will play a crucial role in driving transformation within Defence clients, leveraging expertise in change and capability uplift.

As a member of our Transformation Practice's Defence team, you'll collaborate with client-facing consultants to provide high-quality advice, services, and support. Your skills and experience will be pivotal in helping Defence achieve its strategic objectives and address complex challenges.

With a growth mindset and passion for collaboration, you'll thrive in this environment, working closely with industry leaders and developing your consulting skills through mentorship and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and address their needs proactively.
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of business transformation principles and methodologies.
