Job Description

We are excited to announce newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice's Defence team, located in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary role of defending Australia and its national interests, promoting security and stability, and supporting the Australian community as directed by the Government.

We are looking for passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to support our clients to address critical challenges.

Our Change & Capability Team In The Transformation Practice Empowers Our Clients To Plan, Prepare For And Take Advantage Of The Rapid Changes To Work And Their Workforce. We Work Across Elements Including:

You may be already a consulting professional looking to grow your skills, someone involved in delivering outcomes for Government and Defence who wants to grow a career in the Defence sector, or a consultant looking to specialise in a specific discipline.

No matter your current role, we are looking for people who are collaborative and enjoy working as a team. You will have a growth mindset – interested in asking questions, challenging thinking, and bringing new ideas to the table.

As a permanent member of our team, you'll have the chance to develop your consulting skills and experience, and advance your career as a trusted advisor to Defence. You'll also benefit from mentorship by industry leaders, helping you build on your existing expertise.

We are seeking candidates for multiple roles who are at different stages of their consulting career, from Associate through to Director.

  • Lead project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and address their needs proactively.
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
