We are excited to announce that we have newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice'sDefence team, located inCanberra. As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary role of defending Australia and its national interests, promoting security and stability, and supporting the Australian community as directed by the Government.

Our Change & Capability Team In The Transformation Practice Empowers Our Clients To Plan, Prepare For And Take Advantage Of The Rapid Changes To Work And Their Workforce. We Work Across Elements Including:

As a permanent member of our team, you'll have the chance to develop your consulting skills and experience, and advance your career as a trusted advisor to Defence. You'll also benefit from mentorship by industry leaders, helping you build on your existing expertise.
We are seeking candidates for multiple roles who are at different stages of their consulting career, from Associate through to Director.
As a Director, You Will:
- Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
- Provides vision and direction for the team(s) you manage.
- Sets and achieves strategic business targets.
- Lead resource planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.
- Market leading Parental Leave: Allows either carer to take 26 weeks of leave, flexibly, until a child is two years of age. A six-month minimum service requirement for new starters applies. We also make full superannuation contributions for up to 12 months (including unpaid parental leave).
